What are our missions?
The Network's mission is to promote vocational training and develop a culture of investment in human resources.
The ambitions of RAFPRO
Four strategic axes have been defined:

Our purpose in a few words...

To promote a better exchange of experiences in various forms and assistance between network members

Promote vocational training institutions and funds in their country in particular and in Africa in general

Conducting studies and actions on good practice in vocational training and integration

Promote the recognition of the Network as a privileged partner at the level of international organisations and then expand it throughout the continent

Promote access to sources of funding for each of our members, including apprenticeship taxes

To serve as a consultation framework for the design of programmes relating to employment, professional integration and the fight against poverty
